Dear Relatives,

I am organizing my next Sweat Lodge ceremony and I am committed to doing my part to help the Palestinian cause. I am currently finalizing the details with friends who have experience with fundraising events and are familiar with organizations doing impactful work on the ground. All the money raised from this event will be donated to charity.

Our prayer will be for both Palestinians and Jews who are victims of the current Zionist oppression. In the Sweat Lodge, we learn to pray for all our relations. Before entering the lodge, we bow our heads and say, "For all our relations!" This means everyone, without exceptions. We are all accountable for what is happening, as it is unfolding right before our eyes, and sooner or later, we may also be affected.

The elders say it is the time of a new dawn, a rebirth of humanity, and we all have a role to play. Everyone can contribute according to their circumstances; every little bit helps. This awareness and awakening are lifelong commitments that we must pass on to the next seven generations so they can continue the rise of a new earth. It is not just Palestine; many atrocities are happening worldwide.

On Sunday, July 14th, we will gather at 10am to light the fire and start the Temazcal Ceremony, entering the Sweat around 11:30 am and continuing until 4pm. We will rest and eat before the Cacao ceremony, which will start around 6pm and last until 10pm. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share these two sacred medicines.

It is someone that creates his own reality and that but doing so it makes other people see that reality that he is creating. A Nawal is the one that possesses the knowledge of himself and creates his reality.

On this occasion, we will have the presence of Oriana del Mar (Xiwtécpatl Mayáhuel), a Colombian sister, moon dancer & lunar chanupa carrier in the lineage of Grandmother Mallinali from Michoacan Mexico, who was a leader of the OLLINTLAHUIMETZTLI moon dance circle in Mexico and from the lineage of Grandmother Tanametzli in the Hiuztlampayolotl Metztli moon dance circle in Colombia.

After a refreshing summer break, we are delighted to announce our return with our next yoga, cacao, and sound journey, taking place at the beautiful Study Society in Hammersmith.
